As travellers ourselves,
we hate surprises that add extra fees and charges.
We also don't like wasting time when searching for a place to stay.
With that in mind,
you will find our rates clearly stated below.

Room rates (including breakfast)
Single Occupancy $140.00 ($123.89 + $16.11 HST)
Double Occupancy $155.00 ($137.17 + $17.83 HST)
Extra person/rollaway twin bed $75.00 ($66.37 + $8.63 HST)

How to Reserve
Please include the following information with your request:

Your name, address, email address and phone number
Number of nights and reservation date(s) requested
- please check our availability calendar below
Number of rooms required and the number of people staying
Room preference(s), if any
- see Guest Room descriptions and pictures by scrolling our On Location page
On receipt of your request, an invoice will be emailed to you
Payment in full is required for the booking to be confirmed.
We accept e-transfer and PayPal (credit card payments through PayPal).
- please note, the 4% commission charge will be added to PayPal payments
Once payment is received, a receipt will be emailed as your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to your stay
Bookings are 50% refundable if cancelled between 60 days and 30 days prior to your stay
All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of your stay
We reserve the right to change our rates and policies without notice, at any time
